Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your permanent makeup appointment. To accommodate our clients and our schedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes.
If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged. This fee helps compensate for the time and resources allocated for your scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments to your appointment.
